that isn't the best analogy question to ask.the chevy
was a fetish object that appeals more to the loins of
the owner than to the brain. the computer is more a
personal extension of being than a mere automobile will
be any day. of course both are now consumer items and
will be subject to the situation of capitalism and
spectacle leading to possible similiar human eventuality.
